关于2022-2023学年秋季学期国际学生报到注册安排的通知
CQU 2022 Fall Semester Registration Notice for International Students


亲爱的同学们/Dear international students:
重庆大学2022秋季学期即将开学,现将国际学生报到注册相关事宜通知如下:The 2022 fall semester of Chongqing University is about to begin, please be advised of the registration arrangements for international students as follows:

 

一、 报到注册安排When & how to register?
1.所有境内外国际学生新老生均应在规定时间内完成线上报到注册。All new & current international students, whether in China or outside China, shall complete online registration within the specified period as follows.
(1)老生线上报到时间:8月24日-25日
     Online Registration Time for current students: Aug. 24~Aug. 25
(2)新生线上报到时间:8月17日-8月22日
 Online Registration Time for new students: Aug.17~ Aug.22

2. 请同学们扫描以下二维码,下载“留学助手”手机APP完成在线报到注册流程(具体操作方式详见附件1)。Please download the “Study in China Assistant” mobile APP via following QR code (Please refer to the Specific guideline in attachment 1).

3. 所有在中国境内的新老生在规定时间内通过“留学助手”App完成“线上报到”和“返校登记”,经学校审核满足来校注册条件的,按要求来校完成“线下报到”,并执行相应的健康监测和管理要求。All new and current students in China who have completed Online Registration and Back to school registration via Study in China Assistant App within the specified period, and meet the campus registration requirements, shall come to the university as informed to complete the offline registration, and follow corresponding health monitoring and management requirements.


 (1)老生来校报到时间:2022年8月26日 09:00-11:30; 15:00-17:30
Campus registration time for current students: Aug. 26, 2022
(2)新生来校报到时间:2022年9月1日  09:00-11:30; 15:00-17:30
Campus registration time for new students: September.1, 2022
(3) 学校报到地点:重庆大学A区主楼三楼留学生管理办公室322
Registration Venue: Room 322, International Student Office, 3/F, Main Building, Campus A, Chongqing University
(4)根据新冠疫情防控要求,请中国境内符合来校报到条件的新老生务必按通知的时间到校报到!As required by Covid-19 prevention and control, all new and current students who have met the campus registration requirements shall come to the University for registration within the informed period.


4. 线下报到注册所需材料Materials required for campus registration
新生:本人有效护照、录取通知书、《外国留学生人员来华签证申请表》(JW201/JW202表)、毕业证书和汉语水平考试证书原件
New students: Valid Passport, Admission Notice, Visa Application for Study in China (JW201/202),Diploma and Chinese Proficiency Test Report (original)
老生:本人有效护照和校园卡原件
Current students: Valid Passport and student ID card (original).

5.学校按照疫情防控要求和学校实际开展境外学生分期分批返校工作,具体安排及要求将另行通知。In accordance with the national policy for Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control and the university’s actual situation, the University is organizing and arranging in an orderly manner the registered international students currently outside China to come back for onsite learning in China. The specific arrangements and requirements will be notified separately.

二、 境内学生返校报到要求Campus Registration Requirements

1. 开学前7天有中、高风险区旅居史的学生暂不返校;Students who are in the medium and high-risk areas within7 days before the start of university, please do not come to school temporarily.

2. 开学前7天有低风险区旅居史的学生,暂缓返校,返校安排另行通知。Students who are in low-risk areas within 7 days before the start of university will be suspended from returning to school until further notice.

3. 从其他地区返校的学生,在开学时应持 48 小时内核酸检测阴性证明(以采样时间为准)以及健康码、行程卡绿码,报留学生管理办公室审核后返校。Students returning from other areas shall come to register with negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours (sampling time), the "green" health code and trip code. Only after approval can they come to the University to complete campus registration.

4. 学生返校后参加学校组织的“3天2检”(具体安排另行通知),检测结果出来前,应戴好口罩减少活动范围,保持宿舍和食堂两点一线,不聚集聚会。The students shall take 2 COVID-19 tests organized by the university within 3 days after return to school (the specific arrangements will be notified later). Meanwhile, students should wear masks to avoid visiting places other than their residence and canteen, and participating in gatherings before the test results come out.

5. 本人或共同生活的家庭成员为确诊病例、无症状感染者、疑似病例,或被疾控部门判定为密切接触者、次密切接触者的同学,经居住地卫生健康部门和学校防控办评估同意后才可来校。 Students who or whose family members are confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections, suspected cases, or are confirmed as close contacts or sub-close contacts by the disease control department shall not come to the university until getting approval from the local health department and the school prevention and control office.

6. 有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛、嗅(味)觉减退、腹泻等症状的同学,暂缓来校,待排除传染病且经所在单位(学院)批准同意后方可返校。Students with fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea or other symptoms shall not come to school until the infectious diseases have been ruled out, and they get approval from the university.

7. 请来校报到注册的学生遵守学校相关管理规定,做好防护,避免聚集。All students are required to follow the university rules and regulations, take proper preventive measures and avoid gathering when coming to the university for registration.

8. 自8月18日起,请全体学生于每日中午12:00前通过“今日校园”APP“疫情防控日报告”系统填报个人相关信息。All students are supposed to complete Daily Health Report via the Campus-Today App before 12:00 noon every day since August 18, 2022.

三、缴费 Fee Payment

1. 境内自费学生现场报到时应按指引缴清学费、住宿费等相关费用。Self-funded students in China shall pay tuition fees and accommodation fees and other related fees as instructed during onsite registration.

2. 境外自费学生,请在线上注册前,通过银行汇款缴纳学费(汇款时请务必备注学生的学号和姓名),并及时上传缴费凭证。学校汇款信息如下: Self-funded students who are outside China shall pay tuition fees to University’s bank account (please make sure to put your student ID number and full name in the Remarks), and upload the bank receipt of your payment upon registration. The University’s Bank account information is as follows.

四、因故不能按时完成线上报到注册的学生,应事先向学校留学生管理办公室提交晚报到申请(详见附件2)。晚报到时间一般不得超过2周。除因不可抗力等原因外,未按时报到且未提交晚报到申请的,作自动退学处理。Students who cannot complete online registration on time shall submit Late Registration Application (see the attachment 2) to ISO in advance via iso@cqu.edu.cn, and usually no more than 2 weeks. Those who fail to register in 2 (two) weeks without applying for late registration in advance are deemed to drop out of the university, except for unavoidable circumstances.

五、教学安排 Teaching Arrangement
境外学生完成在线报到后,学校将提供线上教学。请老生主动联系所在学院及导师,了解秋季学期学院教学安排,提前做好准备。新生教学安排将另行通知。The university will provide online courses for students who are outside China. Current students should contact the host colleges and supervisors after registration to learn about academic arrangement for fall semester and get fully prepared. The teaching arrangement for new students will be notified later.

老生如因特殊原因,无法参加或恢复参加学校秋季学期教学安排的,应于9月10日前联系留学生管理办公室办理休学或复学手续(详见附件34)。Current students unable to participate in or resume the teaching and academic arrangement for the 2022 fall semester due to special reasons, shall apply for suspension or resumption of study to International Students Office before September 10 (see the attachment 3&4).

新生如因特殊原因,无法按计划入学的,应于9月10日前联系留学生招生办公室办理延期入学手续。New students unable to study as planed due to special reasons, should apply for deferring admission to the Admission Office before September 10.
